The Solution

Introllect designed and implemented a suite of automated workflows using n8n, fully integrated with the client’s custom WordPress environment:

• Automated Welcome Articles: New lawyer registrations now trigger intelligent content generation, producing personalized welcome articles that highlight each lawyer’s practice areas and credentials.
• Profile Generation: Lawyer profiles are automatically populated and formatted, pulling data from registration forms to create polished, publish-ready directory listings.
• Xero Invoice Integration: Billing workflows connect directly to the client’s Xero account, generating and sending invoices automatically upon successful onboarding—eliminating manual data entry and reducing payment delays.

The Result

The automation reduced workload for copywriters and the accounting team by two full days per week. The platform now onboards lawyers with minimal manual intervention, freeing staff to focus on member engagement and platform growth rather than repetitive administrative tasks.
